The 3M™ 40PR Anti-Static Printed Tape combines a 2.2 mil polyester film backing with a pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive and printed ESD warning symbols that make static-sensitive contents immediately identifiable from the exterior of the package.
This tape is used to seal anti-static bags, corrugated boxes, and pouches in electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly, component distribution, and semiconductor handling environments where contents must be protected from electrostatic discharge throughout the supply chain.
The polyester film construction delivers a durable, consistent closure on standard packaging substrates. The tape dissipates electrostatic charge on the tape surface itself, reducing static buildup during application and transit. Each pack contains 1 roll and ships via parcel carrier.
