This telescoping inner box measures 12 x 4 x 48 inches interior and forms the inner carton half of a two-piece adjustable shipping system. Built from ECT-32 kraft corrugated board with a full overlap (FOL) bottom construction, it delivers a reinforced base that supports stacking loads and protects long, narrow products during transit.
The adjustable telescoping format is especially practical for e-commerce fulfillment, manufacturing distribution, and retail replenishment operations that ship flagpoles, curtain rods, conduit, molding, or similarly dimensioned items. Sliding the inner carton within the outer adjusts the effective depth, eliminating the need for a custom box when product lengths vary across a single SKU range.
Inner boxes are sold in bundles of 15, each weighing approximately 1.2 lbs. The matching outer carton (T12448OUTER) is sold separately and is required to complete the telescoping set. Both components ship via parcel carrier.
