Marsh® Oil Boards are 0.015-inch oil-treated paperboard sheets engineered specifically for use with Marsh® stencil machines. The oil treatment performs two distinct functions simultaneously: it resists ink bleed-through to produce clean, sharp stencil marks, and it lubricates cutting punches on each pass to reduce wear and extend machine service life.
These boards are well suited for warehouse receiving, manufacturing production lines, distribution centers, and outbound shipping operations where stenciled identification, lot marking, or address labeling is applied to cartons, crates, or drums. The board cuts cleanly with the grain, maintaining structural rigidity without tearing or pulling — important for consistent output on curved or irregular surfaces.
Each board measures 6 x 24 inches and is sized to feed standard Marsh® stencil machines. Cases contain 650 boards, providing sufficient stock for facilities with continuous or high-volume stenciling output. Ships via parcel carrier.
