These 4 x 3 x 2" strapping protectors are formed from .160" laminated fibreboard, creating a rigid saddle that distributes steel or poly strapping tension across box corners and product edges. The added thickness prevents cut-through, crushing, and surface marring that occur when strapping bites directly into unprotected edges under load.
Ideal for high-volume palletizing in manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and freight shipping operations, these protectors perform wherever steel or poly strapping contacts vulnerable edges — including corrugated cartons, wood crates, bundled materials, and finished goods. The laminated fibreboard construction withstands repeated strapping cycles and is fully recyclable at end of life.
