26 x 20 x 6" Kraft Jumbo Mailers

These 26 x 20 x 6 inch kraft easy-fold mailers are built from ECT-32-C single wall corrugated board and fold to a closed enclosure without tape on the mailer body, cutting assembly time at high-volume pack stations. The jumbo footprint handles oversized flat items that standard mailer sizes cannot accommodate.

Multi-depth scoring allows each unit to collapse to a shallower profile (1", 2", 4", 6"), letting one SKU serve shipments of varying thickness — useful in e-commerce fulfillment, retail distribution, print and map shipping, and manufacturing operations that send flat components or parts kits.

Each bundle contains 20 mailers. At approximately 1.205 lbs, the mailers add minimal weight to outbound shipments. The base footprint is difficult to source through local suppliers, making bundle stocking practical for both ongoing fulfillment programs and project-based shipping runs.
