9 x 6 x 3 1/4" Anti-Static Foam Shippers

These 9 x 6 x 3 1/4 inch foam shippers pair a 200# corrugated outer box with convoluted anti-static foam inserts that  stop the buildup of a static electrical charge, protecting static-sensitive components throughout the shipping and storage cycle. The top foam panel arrives pre-glued to the lid; the bottom insert is supplied loose, allowing easy product placement before sealing. Locking tabs on the outer box create a tight, tamper-resistant closure that eliminates the need for additional tape in most applications.

The integrated foam-and-box design is well suited for electronics manufacturing, contract assembly, medical device distribution, and fulfillment operations handling circuit boards, sensors, semiconductor assemblies, and similar charge-sensitive items. Combining cushioning and outer packaging in a single unit reduces pack-station steps and removes the need to source and match components separately.

The outer box is constructed from 200# corrugated board. Each case contains 24 shippers and weighs approximately 10.56 lbs. Ships via parcel carrier.
