12 x 10 x 2 3/4" Anti-Static Foam Shippers

These 12 x 10 x 2 3/4 inch foam shippers pair a 200# ECT-32 corrugated outer box with convoluted anti-static foam inserts to protect static-sensitive components during transit and storage. The foam stops the buildup of a static electrical charge, guarding against damage to vulnerable electronics without relying on secondary anti-static packaging.

The low-profile 2 3/4" interior height targets flat and thin components: circuit boards, sensors, semiconductors, and similar assemblies. Electronics manufacturers, MRO distributors, and fulfillment operations handling sensitive devices will find the form factor well-matched to standard component sizes.

The top foam insert is pre-glued to the lid panel; the bottom insert sits loose for fast product loading. Locking tabs on the corrugated shell create a tight closure that reduces or eliminates the need for tape. Each case contains 24 shippers and ships via parcel carrier.
