Gorilla Glue® in the 8 oz. size is a polyurethane-based adhesive with an expanding formula that penetrates surfaces during cure, expanding 3–4 times to fill gaps and create a mechanical bond stronger than surface contact alone. That expansion distinguishes it from standard adhesives, which rely solely on surface adhesion.
The versatility of this formula makes it a practical choice across construction, woodworking, crafts, and maintenance repair operations. It adheres to wood, stone, metal, ceramics, foam, glass, brick, and concrete, handling both interior finish work and outdoor assemblies exposed to moisture and temperature swings.
