What types of payment do you accept?
The Box Guy accepts the following types of payment:
- American Express
- MasterCard
- Visa
- Discover Card
- The Box Guy Account (net 30) subject to credit approval
Net 30 Billing
Do you allow for net 30 payment for online orders?
First time on-line customers are required to pay via credit card. Once Net 30 terms are requested and approved, all orders may be made via the “Terms” option – simply select Terms under the payment method portion of checkout.

PO Numbers
Can I include a purchase order number on my order?
Proceed to checkout once you have finished shopping. At the bottom of the Payment portion of the checkout process, insert your PO number in the PO number field.
Requesting an Invoice
Can I get an invoice when I order online?
Your order confirmation email acts as your invoice within the system. Terms customers will receive a separate invoice to pay against.
Tax Exempt Status
How do I get a Tax Exempt Form?
You may request a tax exempt form by calling. The Box Guy must have this form on-file for your company in order to accept tax-exempt purchases.

The Box Guy protects you while you shop, so there is no need to worry about credit card safety.

Product specific information is listed when viewing a single product. The following information is available for most of our items:

How do I obtain a quote?
The Box Guy offers special quotes for large orders and special items.

Returns
Returning Merchandise
How do I return merchandise?
Call The Box Guy to receive an authorization number and return slip. Complete the form and return the merchandise within 30 days. Items purchased from The Box Guy cannot be returned more than 30 days after delivery, and you cannot receive a refund for these items after that time. In addition, all returned items must be in unopened and unused condition to be accepted.
Note: There is a 15% restocking fee along with all applicable freight charges.

Finding Products
How do I find a product?
You can find products by:
Browse: Shop by product categories, i.e. corrugated boxes, stretch film, etc.
Search: Type in a product name, model number or other description
Shipping/Delivery
Nationwide Shipping
The Box Guy ships nationwide from four fulfillment centers located in Atlanta, Georgia; Elgin, Illinois; Dallas, Texas; and Hazleton, Pennsylvania. If you have any questions regarding shipping and delivery methods, please call (800) 915-7476.
Order Tracking
When your order has shipped you will receive an email with shipping information and a link to track your order.
Local Freight Orders
For next day delivery, the order must be entered in the system and have received an order number PRIOR to 5:30 p.m. local time.
LTL Orders
For an opportunity to ship the same day, the order must be placed prior to 11:00 a.m. local time. This is not guaranteed, but we do our best to achieve this!
Rush Shipments/Special Instructions
Shipping quotes include a variety of options to meet the needs of our customers including FedEx Next Day and FedEx 2-3 Day service.
Inside Delivery
Inside Delivery is intended for customers that do not have the equipment to unload shipments. Inside Delivery requests are limited to areas that are directly accessible to the unloading area and no more than 25 feet from entry point of the designated doorway. Fees apply and can vary by carrier.
Military Bases
Military Bases have restricted access and require special notification to gain entry. Fees apply and vary per carrier.
Colleges and Universities
Colleges are considered residential for carriers and residential rates apply.
Straight Truck
Locations with limited access will require a straight truck delivery from carriers. Fees apply and vary by carrier.
Lift Gate
LTL shipments to residential addresses and commercial addresses that do not have a loading dock require a lift gate. Fees apply and vary by carrier.
Failure by customer to request required shipping accessories will result in the customer being charged after the order has been placed. Customer assumes liability for these charges regardless of whether they were or were not aware that these accessories were required at the time of the order being placed.
Customer Pick Up
Order pick up hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. Items are held for 10 days and then put back into stock. There is a 25% re-stocking fee for items not picked up.
Orders are ready for pick up within a 2-hour window from the time you receive the order confirmation email. Please wait until you receive the order is ready for pick up email.
